The Fender family has deep roots in Florida business, entrepreneurship, and real estate—spanning three generations of hard work, integrity, and hands-on service.

It began with Dave’s grandfather, a visionary businessman who built a diverse portfolio of gas stations, an oil company, restaurants, and multiple other commercial properties. His work ethic and commitment to treating people right became the foundation of the Fender name.

Dave’s father continued that legacy, working alongside him for 35 years. As a licensed general contractor, he helped build many of the family’s commercial investments and later went on to run his own construction company specializing in demolition and environmental cleanup projects. His dedication, grit, and craftsmanship shaped the way we approach every project today.

Now, the third generation continues the tradition. David Fender, holding a Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law has been a licensed real estate professional for over 20 years and has hands-on experience as a site superintendent and drill crew operator. He also represented national home builders, working closely with land acquisition teams to help expand their footprint across Florida.

Together, the Fender family brings decades of business experience, construction knowledge, legal insight, and real-world problem-solving to every client we serve.
